Super Mario Classic is a nostalgic adventure game inspired by the old platformer games. Join Mario in this exciting run and jump adventure as he takes on enemies and explores the Mushroom Kingdom.
GAMEPLAY OVERVIEW
In the game, you play as Mario and your mission is to navigate through the Mushroom Kingdom, overcoming obstacles and defeating Bowser's forces to save Princess Toadstool. Each level ends with a flag pole that Mario must reach to progress.
Throughout Super Mario Classic, you'll find coins scattered around for Mario to collect. Keep an eye out for special bricks marked with a question mark, as they may contain extra coins or special items when Mario hits them. Some bricks may also hold rare items, so it's worth hitting them if you have the time.
If Mario eats a Super Mushroom, he grows in size and gains the ability to break bricks above him. Getting hit in this mode will revert him back to regular Mario instead of losing a life. Eating a Fire Flower transforms Mario into Fire Mario, granting him the power to throw bouncing fireballs. If Mario touches a bouncing Super Star, he becomes invincible as Star Mario, able to defeat enemies with a simple touch. This form is temporary, so make the most of your new powers!
How to Play
- Use the arrow keys or W-A-S-D keys to move Mario.
- Hold the jump button for higher jumps.
- Use Shift or CTRL to fire or sprint.
- Press P to pause and M to mute.
You can play through the levels continuously or choose any level out of the 32 available. There's also an option to generate a random map for infinite fun!
