GAMEPLAY OVERVIEW
After completing all the levels in Geometry Dash Cataclysm, you can try other interesting games like Geometry Dash Easy with many similar challenges.
0-6%: The level starts with a fairly simple half-speed cube with a few spheres.
6-19%: Next, the player enters a challenging double-speed wave segment with limited space, many size-changing portals, and inconsistent timing.
19-25%: Next is a dangerous triple-speed train segment with gravity gates and multiple invisible dimension gates that require very light inputs and excellent transition control to avoid death.
25-28%: The player returns to a small wave at half speed, which is easier than the previous part. Before entering the next part, the wave temporarily returns to normal size. The background partially obscures the player's vision.
28-36%: The character then turns into a ball at double speed, requiring excellent timing and spamming. The speed is then reduced to half, and the player must navigate through extremely confined areas while several speed variants try to push them out.
36-40%: The player then enters a double-speed UFO segment with multiple orbs, gravity gates, and limited space, all accompanied by somewhat awkward timing.
40-43%: The UFO then enters a single-speed train segment that requires flying straight and hitting the orbs in the gravity gates, with even missing one resulting in a crash. Flying straight is inconsistent due to a small gate and a gravity gate in the center.
43-52%: The train then moves into a triple speed cube segment that requires precise timing before turning into a half-speed cube segment that mostly requires spamming.
52-63%: The player then enters a ball segment that requires spamming and timing. Gameplay-wise, this segment is one of the simpler parts of the level. However, the level becomes dark, obstacles light up intermittently, and it is difficult to see the player's path. Halfway through, the player transforms into a small UFO, then turns back into a sphere before transforming into a small ship. The player then has to jump once as a small cube before a short shadow segment takes the player to the next stage.
63-75%: The level then moves into a challenging segment involving a reflective half-speed ship and some straight flight. The ship then contracts, requiring maneuvering through some confined spaces. Before entering a double segment with more confined spaces and straight flight, the ship shrinks and loses its reflective appearance. The player must complete one final straight flight before entering the next segment.
75-84%: The player then enters a half-speed wave segment. Many opponents have a history of crashing here due to lack of mental control or errors.
84-87%: After this wave segment, players enter a short and simple auto-segment.
87-100%: The level ends with a final ship segment, featuring a famous area containing the words 'GBOY,' the creator's name, 'U NEED TO RELAX...,' and 'GG,' followed by a final straight shot. There is a hall of fame for players who completed the level legitimately before the update.
